Website launch

I launched my website after attending a great day of teaching with ‘Pootle Press’. (thanks Jamie) The first collection of creative arts resources (resilience) is now complete.

I like to think visually and my resilience is boosted by surrounding myself with positive images. I am particularly inspired by this photo of an amazing sculpture by Paige Bradley.

Paige Bradley Expansion

This work is called Expansion. I find it calming to look at the image and it reminds me of the energy and creativity inside of me.

She says of her work

‘I want my art to be a forceful voice to help those who suffer from illness, repression or exploitation.’

Do you have a picture that helps you maintain resilience?
